OUR PROCESS
At Auromira Architects, great design starts with great collaboration. We team up with our clients from day one—listening, dreaming, and building together—so that every space we create is a true reflection of their vision, brought to life with care and creativity. We have created a best practice design process tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
The design process begins with a no-obligation consultation. We listen to your needs to understand the project's scope, timeline, and budget. After that, we provide a proposal outlining our services and fees tailored to your project.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
In this phase, we document the site, define project goals, and create a program statement. We prepare background drawings, research codes and zoning, outline a schedule, coordinate with consultants, and explore design options through initial sketches.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once a design is selected, we refine it with detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections. During this phase, we select materials, finishes, lighting, and equipment, while coordinating closely with consultants and suppliers to fully integrate their input into the design.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION & ADMINISTRATION
We create detailed drawings and specifications for permitting, bidding, and construction. After hiring a contractor, we monitor construction through site visits, reviews, and final inspections to ensure the design is executed as intended.
